Meet Dhiraj Vinhod Kapoor – Our Founder & Managing Director

Since 1998, our founder, Dhiraj Vinhod Kapoor, has been pursuing his passion and interest in the cinema and entertainment industry, leaving his family’s well-established retail business. His first foray into the world of entrepreneurship led him to co-found his own first company, “Limelight,” with a close friend in the millennium year. They succeeded and started developing from strength to strength in less than three years after establishing Limelight under their leadership talents, obtaining significant acclaim in the sectors of advertising and entertainment. In the year 2005, they took the next great step by relocating to Mumbai, the city of dreams, in order to expand further and realise our cinematic goals by allowing us to establish ourselves nationally and internationally.

Our founder has successfully produced and implemented over 500 campaigns, 100 events, 90 celebrity brand endorsements, and over 1,000 talent marketing tasks since their founding in the year 2000. He has had the pleasure of working on award-winning and groundbreaking advertising campaigns, brand endorsements, new brand launches, and many unique marketing events for a variety of leading Indian and multinational companies, including Toshiba, Danone, Unilever, Tata Group, Emami, Levi Strauss, Unicharm Sofy, Yakult Danone, Procter & Gamble, Collection G, Westin, Casio Asia Pacific, Seiko, Onida, Aditya Birla Group, Reckitt & Benckiser, Dabur, Himalayas, United Breweries, Panasonic, VGN Builders, Liril, Limca, Maxim Magazine, World Gold Council, Future Group, Globus, Pantaloons, Reliance Group, Airtel, Vodafone, BPL Group, Hero Group, Lakme, Lux, Britannia Group, Titan Company, and Arvind Brands, to name a few.

Because international experience has always piqued our founder’s interest, he relocated to Los Angeles in 2014 to learn more about the future of work in the dynamic digitised world, focusing on content production and the aggregation of creative minds. He returned to India with the resolve to perform differentiated jobs that would take our entrepreneurial talents to 2.0 with the creation of his new firm, [ D W O A P L ] “Dhiraj Walks of Art Pvt Ltd”, after gathering significant expertise and productive relationships in Los Angeles.

Today, our founder is putting his entrepreneurial talents in Version 2.0 to work in a variety of industries, including arts, culture, and entertainment; information technology; real estate; import and export; aviation; and venture capital funds, to name a few. Currently, we’re working on Feature Films, International Independent Features and Short Films, Documentaries, Television Productions, Digital Content, Live-Action Features, Web Series, TV Commercials, and International Animation Features, among other forms.

Meet Madhu S Dutta – Our Director for Creative and Content

We are thrilled to welcome Madhu as our Director for Creative and Content. With over two decades of experience in Brand, Marketing, Media, Digital, and Communication, Madhu has consistently led the transformation of some of India’s most iconic names in the fashion and lifestyle space. Now an independent creative and brand consultant, she brings a sharp strategic mind, deep consumer insight, and a refined aesthetic to every project she undertakes. Madhu is now an independent brand and creative consultant, following an illustrious career in leadership roles across some of India’s most respected companies.

Madhu has held leadership roles across renowned organizations, most notably as Chief Marketing Officer at Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd., where she led the brand’s repositioning into a vibrant, lifestyle-forward label. At the World Gold Council, she launched pioneering jewellery brands such as Collection G, Azwa, and Gold Expressions, bridging tradition with modern design and introducing Italian-made craftsmanship to Indian consumers. Her early years at Tanishq saw her drive landmark initiatives—including the brand’s debut at Milan Fashion Week and the launch of the Sabyasachi Collection through Aarka—seamlessly blending jewellery with fashion.

She began her career at Lowe Lintas managing ITC’s premium tobacco portfolio before becoming part of the founding team for Wills Lifestyle, ITC’s bold non-tobacco foray. At Ogilvy & Mather, she was a core strategist for Vodafone India, contributing to several high-impact campaigns. With her unique ability to combine creativity with commerce, Madhu now lends her expertise as a powerful storyteller and creative force—steering our content and brand narrative into the future.
